Vacant. Dark. Nil. The dawn of time was lacking the effervescence of life, the universe was searching, for it was being deprived of a certain “je ne sais quoi”. Existence knowing and understanding that there was much to uncover. What was this? This ever present longing for more? This constant dependable vacancy? 

We hold hands, peering further into existence and witness something revolutionary… nay… magical. The Opening of Cafe Loco in the magnificent town of Clinton Ontario, August 3rd, in the year of 2022. “FINALLY!” exclaims both the heavens and the earth, with a sweet sigh of relief. “A little grab and go coffee shop with vegan and vegetarian options, supporting local young female entrepreneurship, within the heart of central huron”, says existence.

The despair has lifted, and the search is no more. Humanity rests peacefully, metaphorically embraced within the arms of the Owner, Kendra Horton, who created the shop with hopes of offering her beloved community a space where others can feel welcomed and comfortable, whilst enjoying a good ol’ hot cup of joe. She dreamed of creating a Christ centered culture where others can experience unconditional love through the art of small talk and tasty treats.

The people of earth are invited and encouraged to step into the spectacle that is cafe loco, a literal teeny tiny hole in the wall, but an excellent pit stop to refuel.
